Additional Protocols and Guidelines are posted on our website and may be updated by the Board of Directors from time to time. Where a conflict occurs, the Protocols and Guidelines will supersede the Rules and Regulations. Any violations of the Protocols and Guidelines will be considered a contravention of our Rules and Regulations and not in the best interest of the club, in which the Board may, at its discretion, issue a warning, a fine, or suspension if a violation is deemed egregious or not in the best interest of the club.
