THE LAST SERVE BAR

Monday to Friday 5:00pm-midnight

Saturday 2:00-9:30pm

Sunday 3:00-10:30pm

The “Last Serve” Bar is the last stop for many members before they go home after a workout at the Club.  Serving with a variety of beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic drinks, the Last Serve is the ideal gathering spot for members to socialize.  A large-screen TV has also added greatly to the “sports-bar” atmosphere and many members and guests fill the bar to watch sporting events ranging from the Stanley Cup Playoffs to the World Series.  The Last Serve has also played host to hundreds of tournament-ending wine and cheese parties and our social events.

THE GRUB HUB

Monday – Friday

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM then 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Our kitchen offers many options for our members. Open between 11:00am- 2:00pm, we have Leah’s Pop-Up Taiwanese Kitchen, with dishes perfect for brunch, lunch or snack. In the evening, open from 6:00pm – 10:00pm, we have Simon’s dinner kitchen, with dishes suited for any occasion: share plates and starters for watching the game with your friends, pasta, burger and wraps for a delicious after work dinner and healthy yet filling salad bowls perfect to fill up after a good workout.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Run by Dave Carter of Journey Physio, there are several classes and sessions available to our members. Some of the most popular ones include:

  • Lunch Hour Fitness. Group fitness training sessions are available exclusively to VRC members that take place at the club. 45 minutes long starting at noon (12pm).
  • Personal Training Sessions. Offered at various lengths, these sessions take place at the VRC gym. Anything from perfecting your form, planning your fitness journey according to your needs to a fitness crash course for complete beginners.
  • Physiotherapy. Get on the road of recovery. This treatment will help you plan which steps to take to properly achieve your performance goals.
