You can register and pay online or complete a paper registration and pay at the VRC office.
ENTRY DEADLINE:
Sunday, April 13, 2025 at midnight
Payment must be made online or at the VRC office by April 14 @ 6 pm.
Draws and start times will be posted on the club bulletin board and website no later than April 18th. You must have a tournamentsoftware.com account to register online, or you can fill out a form and pay at the office.
PARTICIPATION:
The tournament is open to junior and adult VRC members of the 2024-2025 year.

Gold: $50 per player
Silver: $20 per player
DRAW PRIZES
Grand Prize: One Free 1-year membership —with a minimum of 50 entries. The Membership category awarded will match the player’s current category.
Over $1000 of draw prizes, including one top-line Yonex Racket.
AGE GROUPS AND EVENTS:
U15, U19, Open, 30+, 50+, 60+, Men’s and Women’s Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles
Combined Adult/Junior (Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles)
ENTRIES
Players can enter a maximum of four events, singles, doubles, and mixed events, according to each player’s eligible age group. If you’re playing doubles or mixed, you must ensure you and your partner meet the age criteria set out above (i.e. you both are 50+ and signed up in that age category)

Monday, April 21 (4 pm start) – Mens and Womens Doubles – U15, U19, Open, 30+, 50+, 60+,
Tuesday, April 22 (4 pm start) – Mens and Women’s Doubles – U15, U19, Open, 30+, 50+, 60+/ Mens Singles 50+, 60+
Wednesday, April 23 (4 pm start) – Men & Women’s Singles – U15, U19, Open, 30+, Women’s Singles 50+, 60+
Thursday, April 24 (4 pm start) – Mixed Doubles – 30+, 50+, 60+
Friday, April 25 (4 pm start) – Mixed Doubles – U15, U19, Open
Saturday, April 26 (9 am start) – All Adult/Junior Events and Quarters and Semis for any larger event draws
Sunday, April 27 (9 am start) – Finals – All Events
Sunday Lunch Party starts at noon.
The schedule is tentative, and event dates may be changed depending on draw sizes. Matches are played up to 21, best of 3 games. The format will be a single knockout, and consolation rounds may be considered for some smaller events if time permits.
ENTRY FEE:
First Event – $50
Additional Event (second or third) – $10 per event
Fourth Event $5
(GST not included)
Two shuttles will be provided per match, Semi and Finals will be provided 4 shuttles
MATCH FORMAT:
Best of 3 games of 21 points with setting.
SOCIAL:
Sunday, April 27, 12:00 pm – A lunch party menu: Appetizers, pizza and drinks will be provided for participants.
Extra food tickets are $20. Social Only can sign up and pay at the office.
