Group Classes

If you want to improve your health in fun and intimate setting, these classes are for you.

Dave Carter runs weekly fitness classes for members of the club.  He currently runs classes two days per week focusing on strength, high intensity cardio, and speed.  They are small group classes (3-6) and are suitable for any skill level or age.

When: 12:15-1:00 pm Tuesday & Thursday
Where: Upstairs studio or squash courts
Who: Anyone looking to improve their health through speed, strength, and cardiovascular fitness

A ten pack of classes is only $150.
