Vancouver Racquets Club, born in 1953.
Seven decades of badminton, squash, fitness, and friendships — built and run by members, for members.
Vancouver's home for racquets sports.
Vancouver Racquets Club was founded in 1953 by a small group of badminton and squash enthusiasts who wanted a place to play, train, and gather year-round. More than 70 years later, that founding spirit still defines us.
VRC is a non-profit club. Decisions are made by members, for the long-term health of the club. We're not chasing trends — we're investing in courts, coaches, and a community that lasts generations.
Today, VRC welcomes hundreds of members across squash, badminton, and fitness — from juniors picking up their first racquet to nationally ranked competitors.

Members at the centre.
The VRC’s community is built and held up by its members. Every dollar reinvested goes back into the club — better courts, better coaches, better experiences.
Every level is welcome.
Beginners, juniors, social players, and competitors share the same floor. Find a partner, a clinic, or a ladder that fits your game.
