If entries warrant, a second venue will be at the Vancouver Lawn Tennis & Badminton Club. Clothing restriction is for all whites including warm-up. Player(s) fail to respect rule will have match defaulted..

There will be draw for 2 Men and 2 Women complimentary entries for 2015 VRC Surf & Turf Badminton Open.

All players must register at registration desk and then immediately report to draw desk.

Tournament Rules
- Indoor court non-marking shoes. No black sole shoes.
- No outside food or drinks in badminton hall and the club. Water bottle is permitted.
- When entering badminton hall, either turn-off cell phone or have cell phone on silent mode.
- 3 minutes warm-up is strictly enforced.
- 10 minutes default rule is strictly enforced.
- Player/s default 1st round cannot play consolation.
- Player/s do not assume that the tournament is not on time. Tournament committee will try to run the draws on time.
- Player must be ready to play when match is called. You will be timed.
- Refund: 100% refund before deadline. 75% refund before draws are posted and NO refunds after draws are posted.
- Rules of Badminton Canada and BC strictly enforced in draws, schedules and others.
- VLTBC white clothing policy is strictly enforced. Players not respecting rule will be defaulted from the match.
- Seeded players in drop flight “A” cannot drop to “C”
