Friday night drop-in for juniors: Same as the adult drop-in but 2 courts 4 & 5 from 4 pm to 4:45 pm (parents of juniors are expected to help out).

Steve will be doing Junior coaching as usual from  beginner to advanced boys and girls.  If you have children or know some of their young friends who are interested contact Steve at the club. 

N.B. Junior Group will be organized and coached by Steve and VRC other Pro's, Wednesdays 5-6 pm (times may change or be added)

The cost is $10.00 per session, or $30.00 a month (or $50.00 for two, $60.00 for three in the same family) for which the student(s) receives one hour of coaching each week.  A Junior ladder will be set up if there are sufficient juniors. N.B. Eyeguard are mandatory.

All Juniors involved in coaching don't have to be members but will need to be a member of Squash BC as this program is a Squash BC sanctioned event.  The cost is $16.80 ($15.00 + HST) for the year and members will then receive a Junior ranking if playing tournaments or Interclub league, newsletter, insurance while on court.  Benefits are listed at www.squashbc.com 

Junior Inter-League will run from October to March with play once a month.  There are eight clubs entered and preference will be given to juniors that are club members.  You don't need to be a member for lessons but if you want to book courts and play Inter-Club you need to be a member.  Membership rates are: Independent Junior membership is $235.00 + HST per year and a Family Junior membership is $140.00 + HST per year.  Dues will be pro-rated for new members to April 30th. Parents are expected to play an active role helping out and attending junior inter club matches.
